Our first session will determine if we are a good fit for each other. A limited phone assessment will be completed initially and then we will schedule our first session, where we can decide if we want to continue therapy together. Therapy is a tool to help you move forward on your journey so it is very important that you trust me and feel comfortable sharing with me. If you do not feel that I am the right therapist for you at this time, I am happy to connect you with a local trusted therapist.
